Gateway Classic Cars Tampa Showroom is proud to digitally present this early edition "Jeepster Commando." The Commando served as the wildly popular and rugged competition for the Ford Bronco and the International Harvester Scout. Over the years, the tough Commando found itself transformed into many variations. From a family vehicle, government or military truck, beachcomber, off-roader, to highly custom and tricked out, the Command's can be found in a wide variety of styles and configurations. Obviously, noted Jeepster has certainly been transformed over the years. From the custom blue paint, wheels, cloth seats, and power top....that's not a typo, it certainly draws attention. We aren't sure if this is the optional "Dauntless" Buick V6 engine under the hood, so calling all Commando aficionado's to please let us now how to identify it. She's got good bones, as they say, to easily be taken to the next level.<br> <br>
